FAQ's


Q- Are we only in the U.S.?
A- At the moment we are in the US, UK and Canada


Q- How long does shipping take?
A- We normally ship within 72 hours. However some products could take longer due to making when ordered or other reasons. We always say to please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. We also have suppliers that ship out that requires 20-39 days delivery.  Once it ships, we have no control over how long the Post Office or other carrier takes to deliver.

Q- What happens if I don't receive my package?
A- We provide tracking for all shipments.  If the carrier shows that package was delivered, we cannot do anything. We are not responsible. You would need to get with your local Post Office and provide them with the information so they can track where the carrier put it.


Q- Where is Hoot & Nanny based?
A- We are located in NW Missouri

Q- How does the Lay-Buy work?
A- At checkout they choose Lay-Buy as their payment method. They will need to put at least 20% down and they have up to 3 months to pay it off. Once it is paid off the order will be processed. There are no refunds.


Q- How does the rewards program work?
A- They get 100 beans for joining. They earn so many beans for each product they order. 100 beans equals $1.00 off their order.

Q- What is the return policy?
A- Damaged items will be replaced within 14 days of receipt. Photos must be sent to support@hootandnanny.com. We must have photos of the product a long with packaging. Refunds will not be issued. If we are no longer able to exchange the product, we will issue a product credit.

Q- Where do the products come from?
A- We have suppliers all over- literally. Most are U.S. and China.
