FAQ's

Q- Are you only in the U.S.?
A- At the moment we are in the US, UK and Canada


Q- How long does shipping take?
A- We normally ship within 24-72 hours. However some products could take longer due to made to ordered or other reasons. Usually it takes about 7-12 days. Once it ships, we have no control over how long the Post Office or other carrier takes to deliver.

Q- What happens if I don't receive my package?
A- We provide tracking for all shipments.  If the carrier shows that package was delivered, we cannot do anything. We are not responsible. You would need to get with your local Post Office and provide them with the information so they can track where the carrier put it.


Q- Where is Hoot & Nanny based?
A- We are located in SW Arizona

Q- What is the return policy?
A- Damaged items will be replaced within 14 days of receipt. Photos must be sent to hootandnannycustomerservice@gmail.com. We must have photos of the product a long with packaging or refunds will not be issued. If we are no longer able to exchange the product, we will exchange the product.

Q- Where do the products come from?
A- We have suppliers all over. Most are in the U.S.

 

Affiliate Program FAQ's

Q- What is the cost to join?

A- It is completely FREE to join.


Q- Is there a fee to maintain a business website?

A- There are only affiliate websites so they can keep track of their customers and other things and these are free.


Q- What is the sales requirement to remain active as a consultant?

A- Must have at least 1 sale within a 6 month time period.


Q- Is there an inactivity fee?

A- After 1 year of no activity there will be a $40 fee.


Q- Is there a penalty or fee to terminate as a consultant?

A- Yes. If you do not want to be an affiliate anymore than you will need to pay a $25 fee.
